Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a graduate student at ―― University. My mother, Mrs. ―― has come to
visit me. It has been 4 months and 17 days since she arrived here. I am having
wonderful times with her. She has a list of places she wishes to visit.
Unfortunately, I had a preliminary (qualifying) exam, which I finished on
August 15 and therefore I haven’t had enough time to show her some of the
