So I certified another correct one. Both
charged my credit card.
I only mailed supporting materials for the
correct one.
Now just got both receipts in the mail.
How to let USCIS disregard the incomplete one?
I am not expecting to get the money back, but
don't want to affect the correct application.

发帖数: 262 | 3 Just called, the supervisor was kind of mad.
He said in disbelief that I filed and paid twice.
He said the incomplete one will get a letter to request more information
or deny. Or they can find out duplicate applications.
The second one will probably be normally processed.
I asked whether to send supporting documents to the incomplete one.
He said firmly and raised voice "No, just leave it along"
Hope the best.
