3封reference letters的链接。我已经uploaded了CV即其它材料，但是申请状态显示
incomplete，因为三封推荐信还没有上传。对于incomplete的申请，有的学校是不考虑
review材料的。我发邮件或者打电话问了HR,得到了以下答复：
1.让我把申请的链接和登录密码告诉教授，请教授上传reference letters.
太麻烦教授了。
2. 让我上传一个list of reference文档。我上传了，但是还是incomplete状态。
没办法，只好等待，最后估计学校不review我的材料，等于放弃申请。
3. 让我告诉推荐人把推荐信发到某个email地址。
我让我的推荐人发了。我确认两周以前就发了。但是还是incomplete。
总结：这种online申请设计得有缺陷。估计HR的人会接到很多咨询的电话和邮件。如果
设计得友好一点，也可以为他们自己省很多麻烦。
