1。你是去看女儿吗？回答：是的。
2。你女儿在哪里工作？回答：公司。
3。你女儿的邀请信？递上邀请信。
4。你的延期信？丢失了延期信和收据（这是我最担心的），送上解释信。我从银行找
到了当时寄给移民局的支票复印件（背后有移民局盖的章）。
5。你的老护照？回答：我不认识字，不知道。

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is xxx writing this letter explaining the situation of my mom’s
Extension Approval Letter on behalf of her. My mom lost her Extension
Approval letter. She didn’t remember where she put it.
The following are some information for your reference.
My mom came to United Sates on Jun.14.2009. She got 6 month permission at
the customs. In October, 2009, I helped my mom to send the form I-539 to
extend her stay because she want to have more family reunion time and more
time to visit the beautiful scenery in United States. We sent the extension
application with $300 application fee to USCIS in Vermont Service Center.
The check’s image from Bank of America is attached. The receipt number is
EACxxxxxxx shown on the check image.
In January 2010 we received the Extension Approval letter stating that her
stay in the United States is extend from Jan.13,2010 – May.30,2010. My mom
flied back to China on May 27th,2010 by American Airline.
My mom want to visit us in Jan. 2012. She will be very thankful for your
kindness and help in the visa.
