求面签。 现在老二4月底出生， 母亲昨天上海面签悲剧。 但是她已经在国内呆了10
个月， 而且旅行计划是4月份来美国， 基本快一年了。
偶的问题是她现在马上去签有可能过吗？ 要换签证地吗？
母亲很伤心， 因为上次2013年签证很容易， 没想到会不过。
事后总结， 她当时排队在一个窗口前面，看到旁边一个窗口刚刚批准了一个人有空位
， 就自己换到那个窗口， 有关系吗？
签证官就要护照， 然后看电脑， 然后问她上次在美国呆了多久， 以年为单位， 母亲
说一年， 问她这次要去多久， 她说六个月。 然后问她有什么证明她会回中国，母亲
说了几个理由， 要照顾外婆， 有房产， 但是忘记出示房产证。 母亲说感觉签证官没
有在听。
请大牛们帮忙分析， 短期内二千有希望吗？ 怎么准备？

arrive in the United States this April and stay for approximately six months
. My father has got his B2 visa last July, and my mother would like to join
him to visit me as a whole family. I will bear all their expenses,
including the round trip air fare to the U.S., food, housing, travel within
the U.S., medical insurance and all other personal expenses.
I am inviting my mother because I have been very close to her, and we have
been visiting each other out of love. Since I came to the U.S. in ________,
I have always missed her so I have visited her at home __________. She
misses me very much too. It is great that she visited me in May 2013 with
my father. Later my father stayed for less than six months and had to go
back to China to take care of his mother who was dying due to an unexpected
accident. At that time I convinced my mother to stay longer in the U.S.
because I was too busy to take her to multiple longer trips as planned. She
was able to get her visa extension approved to stay until last May and then
went back to China as planned.
The purpose of this visit is for family reunion and for travel for pleasure.
We plan to visit more amazing places this time, for example, Seattle, San
Francisco, San Diego, Washington D.C., New York or Boston if time permits.
My mother has no intentions to stay in the United States beyond a temporary
visit. She has been taking care of her aging mother for many years. She has
an easy and happy life with close ties to her extended family as well as
many friends in my hometown, and is a member of a dancing team that
regularly performs. My mother also has strong economic ties to China, with a
monthly pension of _______ and co-owning with my father real estate
properties worth of ________.
Please kindly grant my mother the B2 visa so that we can reunite in the

2。信太长，重点不突出，简明扼要的突出旅游，购物，参加各种活动等计划
3。延期的官方证明信一定要带上。 |

出美国只有2个月。 美国这种种申请都是按递交申请日期算的吧，你想想绿卡优先日期
………你的这个申请的ds160还是2014年7月，只是因为中间耽搁，审理的慢了点。
过3个月再去吧，应该问题不大了。

发帖数: 16779 | 11 上次为什么延期的理由不好解释，除非你们真的去了很多地方玩，确实需要1年。但是
貌似不是这样的额。
这个情况的话上面说的3个月还是有点短，怕最好再等半年才行。
不过上次去签证递了延期证明（approval letter之类的）没有？ 也许是这个原因？如
果这样的话短期再申请就问题不大了。

发帖数: 550 | 13 不给过的纸面原因想必是移民倾向，背后原因看来应该也是：过去两年里你母亲在中国
住的时间还没有在美国长，你如果是移民官会认为这个申请人没有移民倾向吗？延期本
身不是主要问题，而是延期后在中国住太短了。如果你觉得不差钱，老人也接受，多去
试几次也无妨，遇上心情好的签证官也许就给了，毕竟这是discretional的，要不就多
住一两年再说。另外，老人是不是不知道签证是discretional不是statutory？可以理
解为什么会伤心但是确实就事论事这件事她没有错领馆也没有。

真不好解释。
