civilization that I have ever been. An early morning run on the bike trail
surrounded by mountains, with hot air baloons passing by. Can't complain
about that. It's about 7900 ft around here. You can feel it when you breathe
. There is just a tinu bit less oxygen than I'm used to. The first 4 miles
of my run was fairly easy and standard, but as I turned around and headed
back, there is a sudden lactate buildup in my legs t |
