如果7点开跑,是不是4点就要起来吃早餐了?

你平时long run前啥时候吃?最好身体有过经验才好
提前三小时好像是whx建议过得,好像还不能多吃,不过要多喝水

我平时long run都是空腹。。。比赛前最好吃点吧?

Don't eat heavy in the morning! I used to eat a piece of bread with peanut
butter or a bagel w/o cream cheese. Now I prefer an energy bar with water or
Cytomax (or some other sports drink). I also prefer a little coffee to wake
up my system. The rule is eat light, keep hydrated, and don't experiment
with new things on the race day.

Yes, you definitely should eat some good things that make your day!-:)
These is what I found from what whx said before:
The day before the race, low fiber in lunch and dinner. You can
hite rice for instance (and eat lots!) Never worry about eating too much.
You can only not eat enough for a marathon. It's better to eat too much and
visit the bathroom during the race than not eating enough. Eat a light
breakfast on race day, a slic
bread, a banana, that's probably enough. But do make sure you eat
