share the same
exact feeling during my HM, therefore I resonate with your experience a
great deal. You could do a lot better considering that you had ITBS issue.
BTW: I broke down at mile 9, and I didn't enjoy the last couple of miles. | m**k

Unfortunately I was not able to run today due to a business trip out of country...It's indeed not that easy to find hills for training in Dallas.

well, 除非特别快。- which will ruin the whole marathon for sure.
但是知道20miles我才大概有个概念marathon会结果如何。

我们这里基本没hill，我速度也受坡度影响很大
