这个马拉松对初次跑的人合适吗？ 我是菜鸟没什么基础。
主要这个时间很好， 正好家里的大娃小娃都回国过暑假去了。 想趁机把跑次半程马拉
松的心愿了一了。
想听听大家的意见

发帖数: 2651 | 2 Last year I ran SF first half. It's great scenic route, but hilly.
There is nothing can beat the feeling of running on Golden Gate Bridge.
Add some hill running in your training, you should be ok.
The second half is relative flat and start late, but I have not done
that before. I'm running full SF marathon this year. Go for it!

版上有group run我们就join group run
不然我们就在shoreline park多，因为靠的近
周六上午有足球课，爸爸（即将是爸爸们）带孩子踢球，妈妈们跑步。
