来会不会到处晃

days. A belt feels awkward. I never
use it. I'd rather hold a water bottle in my hand, which is what I did in my
ultra. I would bring my camel back
if I go on a solo ultra/trail run.

the Camelbak I had is actually for cycling, 3 liter capacity, with less than
full water inside, the water is dangling inside.
There is no dangling of the backpack though, but the water made such a loud
splashing sound, I ran back and put my camelbak back in my car |
