. 希望到时downtown的flat course能让我keep这个pace不至于那么痛苦.
今天long run, 12迈 - 93", 7'45"的pace. 跑了一半还下雨了，幸亏不大。
这样，这周跑了42迈，去年马拉松之前的peak. 寒...... |

ago I ran a 5-mile race with hills at
6:38 pace, and that was before I even felt I could last 30 minutes at 9mph
on the treadmill.

30minutes at 9mph on treadmill, my best tempo pace was only 6:45...
