自己可以给自己$5 or whatever you expect per donation as the seed.
you can and should suggest a donation amount. such as:
I will run 15.2 miles in the relay (or I will clime five hills during the
relay, etc.), if you can donate $0.50 or $1.0 for each mile I will run, that
will be highly appreciated.
Your generous to Organs "R" us, and you kind support to my team will be
carried within each of my step during that 15.2 miles journey.
