我9点多就到了,结果得排队到10点才进去.没想到有那么多人临时register,看他们的身
材真不知道是否能跑下来.也没想到race shirt是长袖的,明天穿恐怕会太热.好在明天
应该不太热,pray会有云.
还享受了一下pre-race massage :)

一般比赛中穿本次比赛的race shirt属于新手行为，一个例外是Nike Human Race
Marathon.
至于为什么老手多数不穿race shirt我也不清楚，我自己是信奉Frank Shorter的“
nothing new, nothing new. nothing new!”的原则，所以新到手的shirt当然不会当
场用。

long run with Eve and Hongxia last time. I got a cold and coughing to begin
with. And then I took the yellow fever and meningitis vaccines -totally
knocked me down! I finally got better last week and went for a 52-floor
climbing event on Saturday. Never expected that stair climbing's such a
stiff activity. I had short breath, fast heartbeat and non-stopped coughing
during and after the race. It is a lot worse than hav
