What a bad day for my first HM! Never run in the rain before.
Questions:
- How to dress? 45F is quite cold to me. Plan to wear more, but I am
afraid that the clothes may be heavy if getting wet.
- How to adjust the pace? increase 10 seconds from the expected pace?
- Is 305 water proof? My pace control totally counts on the 305.

我个人感觉防水、防风的外套比较重要。其实时间长了汗水肯定把里面的衣服都打湿了。
只要shell不透风就不会冷太厉害。可以去sports basement逛逛？

发帖数: 13580 | 3 It's mostly likely going to be drizzling rather than raining. I don't think
it's a big deal. What worries me more is probably the wind. Hopefully it's a
tail wind for you :)
45 F is a bit chilly but not too much. I'd say bring a super light rain
jacket. I have one that weighs like 1 or 2 ounces and I wear it on top of
the base layer when I expect some drizzling.

雨总是在跑步机上， 没想到弯区四月还会碰到这种天气。
这次就准备短裤，长袖， 雨衣(from dollar-store), 帽子。 穿更多就不会跑了。希
望跑起来就不在乎雨或冷了， 雨衣随时都可以扔掉。 |
