二百七十多好像。
断断续续用过一阵子，
因为我主要是在健身房看电视跑，所以用得不多。
主要是路跑比赛的时候用一下。
月初搬了家，健身房没有那么多电视台了，
就不想去了，于是在附近的park跑，
405也正要派上用场。
不料用了一周不到就出问题了，
先是出一条深蓝的线，
然后滴滴地响，半分钟就响一次，
停不了，然后就狂跳出tip让我看。
真是晕。
本来想给Garmin客服打电话的，
后来想到先给REI问问，
没想到人一听就说你拿到店里来吧，我们给你们换。
大分特，我说我收据盒子什么都不在了呀。
她说没关系。
于是昨天我就厚着脸皮去了。
用ziploc兜着antenna什么的，
结果人二话不问就给退了。
要是换的话要加点钱，因为他们现在店里的价格长回三百多了。
（带HRM的那种）
我就没加，想着再等deal..
看到amazon有305的Deal心动了一下，
但又怕以后再出现类似情况没人管我。
而且呢，305好像是大了一些。
所以上来给REI做个广告。
对了，还有，405之后有没有505什么的啥时候上市啊。。。 |

甚至你可以把你用了五年的登山杖拿去退。
但是REI的东西大部分都很贵。 |

似乎也很耐用。。。前几天看runner's world， 似乎新出了一款1XX的，
不知道什么区别。。

所以戴上可能就不酷了，
不过也不一定，就像女生有时候穿男朋友的长衬衣是不是也很酷，嘿嘿

发帖数: 4931 | 5 Indeed, I've used both 305 and 405, and much more prefer 305. Ideally, it
would be better if 305 were a little
lighter, but its size is optimal. When you are running at 80-90% heart rate,
the last thing you want to deal with
is to figure out which button to press (on a 405). :)

我的405会自动换频的啊。。。不过我不载那个心率仪就是了

, when you run intervals on the
track you need to record the lap time manually. If you run repeats, you want
to know your rest time.
Sometimes you want to make adjustments of autolap/autopause in the middle of
a run. etc. In a long run/race, I want to know my total distance, total time, and current pace at the same time.
On 305 you see all of them at once. I don't want to have to press buttons to switch screens.

For electronic product, I will definitely recommend REI. Pay a little extra
got esay of mind. I bought a polar RS800 three years ago. It totally died on
me after I used it for about 2 years. I took it back to REI. They fully
refunded me without asking any question. |

但是因为是防水的所以比较贵，
我不游泳啊。。。所以好像有点浪费的说。。。

1, no pace
2, no autolap
3, can not customize screen

7, no autopause ( ok, sorry for those who has to fight traffic, now you would have to stop your watch manually!)
8, cost a lot more
you get speed,distance and heart rate, that's all and you can not change
what you want for display. If you are serious about training , you want more

of guys here get their mile splits.
well , you did not bother to study your 405 after you purchased it? then
maybe 110 is good for you. it is plug and play no need to setup.

, it fluctuates a lot and I tend to like lap pace better.
110 does display speed, you can do your math and convert it to pace, a mind
game to keep you occupied while you run. :)

我不用换算，以前跑步机上就是用speed的，
所以我更习惯speed一些。
如果它是即时的我周末就去REI买一个了。。。

buddies. I personally never tried it so can not comment. Maybe it is speed
or maybe it is real time lap pace I do not know. The REI guy probably knows
more. Good luck.
