course: rogue valley trail for not very hilly run 6-8 mile;
chamise trail for hill run -- 10-12 mile
7am run will be captained by cole and 8am by eve. please let them know if
you plan to join or just reply this post, so that they may wait for in case
you are couple minutes late.. both groups can meet at the parking lot around
9am for optional post run activities..

7点左右parking没问题。每周六楼主都会call一个group run，一般是一周难一点，一
周容易一点。地点不一定，要看版面通知。
