consistent training, I only remember how to run properly after 6 or 7 miles.
It just felt weird for most part of my run. Cadence, check. Footstrike is
fine. Breathing okay. But something didn't feel right. I didn't feel like
cruising as I should be. And then I remembered that when Barefoot Ted ran in
