running in five fingers, my AT was
inflamed a bit for a couple days. My right calf has actually been a weak
spot for a long time. In 2008 I pulled
my right calf a bit and that injury though not serious took over a year to
recovery from. I'm sure the cause of
this injury is due to running downhills too hard in central park. I have
never had such a long hilly run in
training before. I can sense that this injury has the po

away your regular running shoes. think about how much your heel need to be
raised with 20mm heel and at least 10mm heel to toe drop. |

for more than 4 weeks of running
entirely on forefoot, more than 10 miles a day on average, with speed work,
and no injury until now. Also, the
previous time I had AT problem was from running in vibram five fingers. I
would not point the cause of the
injury to my shoes.

feel very strong plantar fascia tension while forefoot, same as in water
shoes, the sole is too thin for 10mile+ on the hills.
