is low, 70F is not a problem.

其实70 is not too bad. (thinking average is 64F for that day) hehe

以前有几次比赛有海绵，那个很不错，不会有太多水，散热效果还好。

around the same. The condition
seems to be a tiny bit better then, but very close to, when I ran Buffalo
marathon in the spring. It was also
sunny then. In chicago there will be some cloud covering and that should
help. Can consider going shirtless if
it's cloudy.

adapt in comparable hot/humid
condition. I would prefer hills over heat/humidity any day.

and 70F+ temperature will have more effect in the second half. good luck

lake weather, not so good.
Also, comfort in regular workouts and race performance are two different
things. I certainly enjoy running in
70F weather more than 40F, but in a marathon race, I'd much more prefer 40F
over 70F.

comfortable. 60F with chilly wind and drizzle would be very unpleasant.
