marathon last Sunday. In next two weeks, we will be running in slow paces.
You should have no problem to join us with slow pace.
Haven't see you for like 2 years la... everything is cool?

i've done a lot of p90x and cycling in last year. im running fine on trails
and grass lands no matter what kind of crappy shoes i put on, but don't feel
right on paved roads.
that's why i came here to find a good solution.
