last sunday. he suggested that my shin splints was caused by the excessive
heel cushioning of cumulus and that I should go with flat instead. will
probably be wearing speedstar for most part now.
2. heartbreak hill is overrated. talking about the one in Newton, not the
one in central park.
3. had X-ray today, no stress fracture. I previous assumed that stress
fracture cannot be detected by X-ray. In fact while it couldn't be detected
initially by X-ray, it would be detected a couple months later because there
would be bone growth had there been a stress fracture.
4. feeling comfortable at 9mph on the treadmill once again.
5. did a one-hour run and forgot to eat dinner until 11pm.
6. haven't used garmin 305 this year and didn't feel the need to. think I'm
ready for ultra, at least mentally. | f*******g
