My first marathon was 10 years ago, 3:40, and only qualified Boston 3:20 for
the 40ish group last year. The 12 week training for Boston was not great
and I am 9 pounds more than myself of last marathon. The last three long
runs, 20 miles for 3:33, 21 miles for 3:10, 13 miles for 1:47. | c*******r
