最近有个全马的比赛,自己订了个目标3:30,8分的pace,不知道全马这个pace能hold

Full marathon is quite different from Half. Without long run, you can not hold on your pace after 18-20 miles. If your race is two month away, you still have time to beef up your endurance. But either way, 3:30 goal is very hard to reach.

the best half marathoners in the
world. She was shooting for sub 5:30 pace in her first marathon, and ended
up running 10:00 pace in the last
mile. The problem was that she didn't do any long runs longer than 15 miles.
Respect the distance.
