run totally free. Had several times 8-12 miles running.
Every time when I came back, I calculate my average speed,
they were between 7mph - 7.5mph, about 1mph than my previous
LHR training speed a couple weeks ago.
I did not feel short-breathed during running, but did feel
slightly muscle soreness the second day after running. In
fact, I could recover within two days, as I did with LHR long
runs. I also felt that I was getting much stronger now, and
more confident.
I just came back home, did not have a chance to test my LHR
improvement. But my question is: Should I keep on LHR for
a longer while or switch to work on faster pace? Or maybe both?
My original goal was to get 7-7.5mph to my LHR zone by the Fall. | w********6 发帖数: 12977 | 2 be patient and stick to LHR till you plateau
