Is this normal? Will road running shoes last longer on road?
Or because I am over weight?
I read in this board that big bulls wear out a pair of shoes
in 700mi or even over 1000mi.
I still have 4 pairs of regular MT20. If wear-tear keeps the
same, they will retire in a year or so. Running is also an
expensive sport! |

发帖数: 2634 | 3 I did not have much knowledge of running shoes. MT20
is the first pair of shoes happened to make me feel
great - my AT got instantly better. So I ordered
several more pairs... My starting point was to get a pair
of shoes that would not hurt or aggravate my AT.
After it got warm recently, I started running trails
about 2 miles from home during weekends when I have
more time available. But still 4 miles on the road
for every trail run.
Do you have road minimalist shoes to recommend? I bought
the Universe 4 after reading your earlier post.

Baiji recommend saucony hattori, I also think if you like Universe, that's
pretty good as well
