and then just wanted burn some fat after lunch - happened
to have the afternoon free.
Walked 12 miles back home under the after bright sun
(83F or so). It took three hours and five minutes.
The GPS watch run out of battery (started with ~40%
charge) about 2 miles from home.
The average pace for the recorded route is ~15min/mi.
Forefoot soles got painful due to the long walk. I
do not feel painful for much longer distances when
running - This is the first time I walked such long
way. I realized that probably I am more used to
running than walking after more than a year of distance
running.
I took another walk of 2 miles after dinner.
This is my longest mileage after the long rest (3 weeks),
although it was walking. |

发帖数: 2634 | 15 Myself only. My son was with a relative...
He usually naps every 3-4 hours. He can stay
awake in the jogging stroller for at most one
hour, then falls asleep. The random bouncing
and rocking is very very efficient to make him
nap. It was a very bright hot sunny afternoon.
Could not take him with me outside for long.
The walk after dinner was with him:)
