cold is caused by virus, not temperature.

total mess. you want to get their early.

估计pro就是扔掉，或者有人帮助捡起来，因为非洲来的pro哥们，貌似都舍不得扔，就

arm warmer比long sleeves好很多
我在东部的时候，都是手套+arm warmer+2件T-shirt

The arm warmers are of course much better than long sleeves in that
respective, plus they also provide some kind of compression, which you may
or may not need
arms.
