实在的另一个主场比赛了

" I ran this marathon in 2009 and didn't even know it was a Boston
Qualifying course! I think you could do a lot more to advertise the Full
Marathon and will get more marathon runners if you make it know this is BQ
course. Some people didn't even know that LI has a full marathon becasue all
they hear about is the Half! On the other hand, even though it was a bit
lonely running the full, I did run a PR (pretty flat couse), and I must say
the volunteers were great along the course. Could use a more spectators past
mile 10 mark but over all I still liked and enjoyed it. Hoping to run again
in 2010 and would love to see more runners in the full.

that is not large, but you will have companies always.

整个一路非常平坦，只是最后好像23、24要绕高速转角的地方一个大坡，盘旋而上每次
都万里长征的感觉，比较吃力
其他嘛，10迈到23迈近一半路程有时候感觉都在高速上跑，如果碰上大热天，特别是刚
刚转春那会儿，还没适应那又晒又热的天，绝对是个挑战。
也许是没好好准备，跑了几次都是18迈开始抽筋，总体来讲，状态好应该是个好PR的路

我觉着只要是USATF认可的全马都算BQ course，因为没理由啊，只要官方认可的路线都
可以，不知道对不对
