好像跑题啦,我要问的是我的盆骨,最宽最外的那两个尖儿的地方,好痛 ::>_<::,
用手按下去的时候又按不到,应该是在里面的位置? 永远在那里隐隐的痛。有一年多了
吧,我都假装它不痛的,平时还是不停的运动,只是很少跑。问过医生,说让我休息,
我出去度假啊露营啊的时候几天都没大运动,还是顽固的痛。昨早跑了一小圈儿,今天
痛的开始厉害啦。我想年底能跑半马。。可是我的脚,还有我的hips,有办法预防跟治

stretching and strengthening exercises that target your hips and thighs, and
cut down on your mileage, says Dr. DiNubile. If you ignore hip pain, you
could end up with other problems, such as knee injuries or even stress
