我走过去扶了她起来，我居然说了句很白痴的话，＂其实那车不会撞过来的＂ 我想死
的心都有了。
话说她这样能不能告那卡车呀。

but in this situation, aint much can be done.
even if she sues, probably aint gettin much money back. her teeth is kinda
loose, didnt fell out.
and if she lose the case, which i think is not unlikely since the guy didnt
actually hit her. she'll be wasting money on her lawyer. I dont think those
'free' personal injury lawyer would take this small case.

ruty, that's the point.
The lady can consult her lawyer. If the lawyer asks for hourly fee for her c
ase, she probably will lose the case. If ask for the commission fee, she pro
bably can win.
