发帖数: 166 | 3 好像美国公民办这个东西挺复杂的。 要先Notary Public公证， 然后去County, 然后
是State， 最后去洛杉矶领事馆， 好在除了第一步，后面的两个手续都可以邮寄办理
，
领事馆可以委托中文学校去办理。
