Pacific Highlands Ranch 虽然不是CV中心区,但是各方面也还不错啦。MT比起别的
developments来说也是有优点有缺点,看个人喜欢了吧。
有个问题:Pacific Highlands Ranch附近,会不会有野生动物袭击什么的?

这期比较特殊。 因为有canyon view. 我觉的应该卖 的不错。

The new shopping center and etc will not be built until I-5 and 56 connector
is constructed. Just think how long that will take.

如果elemnetary, shopping center and library在5年之内能造好的话还是蛮值得买的
,现在政府这么没钱,不知何年何
月能造好呢?
那后面还有一大片空地要造房,约莫估计会有上千套房会被开发出来,目前在售的房子
真值这么多钱么?mr还这么高。

当考虑买房时,你要横向比较。比如,附近其它地区的新房。
如果你想买plan 3 or 4
你可以 比较
[1]。 Bridge ridle(92130) plan 2 or 3
[2]. Carrigue Run (92130)plan 2 or 3;
[3]. Terramar (92129)plan 1-3
[4]. Monteluz plan (4S)1-4
[5]. Chantaclair (4S)
[6]. Another project in (4S)
比较 location, 学区,交通,环境,resale value,floor plan, size of the house
,and the listing price.
location school district, resale value, commute, size, listing price

看了看地图,都快到del sur了,还这么贵,感觉那里不会有住cv的感觉,这个价钱不
如买cv中心区的老房子,投钱重新装修,孩子还能走路上学。

I just looked at the subarea plan of Pacific Highlands Ranch, and got a
little confused:
In above thread several people mentioned "creek view", however, according to
the subarea plan http://www.sandiego.gov/planning/community/profiles/pacifichighlandsranch/plan.shtml),there is a still a large area marked "LD" north of Manzanita Trail; "LD" stands for "Low Density Residential", so I think that means there'll be more (and probably a lot more) houses north of Manzanita Trail in the future.

The future low density residential is further north of the creek/canyon, on
the other side of the slope, far away from current Manzanita Trail lot.
If you get a chance to look from the Model home toward north, you may see
some small spots( actually they are some luxuary homes, multi-million dollor
home). That is the location of future LDR.

这个5分钟抢光是怎么抢法?排队拿号?还是早到早抢?

it is a little more civilized than lining up outside the sale office //hehe
first you need to get on the "priority list", then show up in the sale
office and sign in on the day of release, then wait for your name to be
called. the names will be called according to the order of that priority
list.
