刚到南加州，今天超速被抓，人生第一次。65 超到 80。首先我承认我超速不对。。。
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。可是 警察
并没有用雷达测速。只是（据他说）他在右lane以65开，我pass了他，于是他就在后面
pacing我，说我到了80。我其实觉得没超过80就和他理论，他给了一个单子让我签字，
说可以上庭，就把我放了。 我上庭有用么？加州都是这么抓超速的？我咋办好呢？谢
谢建议，以后老实开车，不超了。 |

超速是不对, 可是开80太常见了吧. 要是开65会阻塞别人交通的.
如果不用cruise, 也不经常盯着速度计的话, 很难保持65的. 就
follow the traffic, 也至少要70多了.

发帖数: 4531 | 7 以前在别的地方看到过这个理由，估计比较常见，如果没有别的理由的话，恐怕胜算不
大。
如果在南加住的话，可以考虑上庭试试，别忘了有结果来汇报一下。

一是找到一个开的很slow的跟在他后面.
再有就是把cruise开到65.
否则的话太难不超速了.

you are lucky the cop didnot write 85, which is about $400. 80 should be
less than $200.
if you don't have anything better to do, go court and argue. but probably
you need to pay the fine any way. if you have better things to do, pay the
fine and remember this lesson.
The truth is that you are guilty.

yes, she did speed. yes, she did get caught. but that doesn't mean she
should be paying the full price of the ticket, and her driving record gets
hit by a moving violation to learn a lesson
although she can DIY, I'd highly recommend that she leaves it to
professionals. someone mentioned Mr. Ticket before on this board. He is good.
chances are her case will be dismissed. She doesn't even have to appear on
the court. the cost would be around $100.

法庭上都是成立的。
交钱上驾校吧。
以后老实开车是一条，更主要的是眼神要好点。

If I didn't speed or I had good reason for speeding, I would try a lawyer
or ticketbuster.

first car nor the last but simply following the traffic in that tandem,
however, was the only one caught by the cop. Sometimes there is no clear
line between right and wrong. The world is simply more complex than that and
you do not want to make the wrong choice.
