Anne was recommended from Cartus to us. She has a lot of experience to deal
with Cartus and its policy.
Her daughter is in college now so that Anne puts all her time and energy to
her realtor business. She even went with us at 9pm to a house to check the
noise from the nearby streets. We are happy with her.

You can call the numbers Cartus provided for the mortgate. Wells Fargo and
BOA both had good rates when we huntered for the mortgate. BOA had a little
better rate but when we approached the closing date, BOA drove us crazy. Its
underwriter released the documents until the last day.
