Vargas Lopez was driving. Both women were taken to an area hospital, where

SAN MARCOS - A suicidal San Marcos woman deliberately drove the wrong way on
state Route 78 and caused a head-on crash that killed herself and the other
driver, authorities said.
Yi Liu, 48, suffered from depression and committed suicide early Monday
morning on eastbound SR-78, near San Marcos Boulevard, according to the San
Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.

刚刚早上大概10点半左右，我在去华夏中文学校路上又看到两车追尾事故，撞得挺严重
的，从一堆消防车警车中一看，追尾相撞的白色车（看起来挺新的）的左车头全变了形
，再仔细一看, 车上下来的又是我们华人.......
联系前几天，有一位朋友告诉我她走走路也被飞来的车撞到整个大腿断裂，还有一位也
是前不久被突来的车撞到颈椎断了好几根，动了个大手术几个月还未完全恢复.....再
加上上周疑是Depression肇事的车祸，我忍不住来提醒朋友包括自己，我们无论在什么
情况下，开车千万要专心加细心观察，不要走神。
日前走访了本地一位给这位刘Yi女士说看过病的医生（心理方面的），觉得有必要将其
最后给予的建议post出来，希望有所帮助：
这位华人医生认为：
1.人要学会一种会“发泄”方法，有心事不要憋着，要通过讲发泄出来。特别是当觉得
困扰不堪，痛苦不堪的时候，要尽快找了解你，你也信得过的朋友或家人讲出来，听者
就让她/他讲，这是最重要的一步。
2.多参加社会活动，得到直接或间接的“心理按摩”。就像此回楼主所说的：本地华区
应该多做一些工作啊，多活动一些，冲浪、爬山什么的。我现在再加上一句，人反正要
吃，有可能的话和朋友们一起吃，因为聚餐是个容易方式，好像人们在餐桌上的交流不
显得生涩和尴尬，容易产生愉快和放松。不想讲话时就埋头吃听人讲呗，不需要那么一
本正经如Seminar:)
3. 这位医生也说，人多多少少有忧郁症，特别是在青涩年少期，和男女的更年期的年
纪是忧郁易患期，严重的病人说不清要什么原委，就是想自杀，或者失去理智杀人。轻
者对某个人某件事日夜想不开，钻进牛角尖最后而失控。如果有这样的症状的时候一定
要找心理医生治疗和必要的治疗性心理开导。
4. 这也是我听到的好像最不齿的解脱方式，这位医生说，我们有的人喜欢赌，其实这
是个对心理治疗而言的有效方式。人如果觉得忧郁得特别严重想不通的时候，到赌场玩
一分一分地赌赌，这个是个不错的发泄。（这个版友不要笑，我也是刚学会的有这种1
￠赌博）；其次，可以买一个金鱼缸，弄几天金鱼细心观察它们在自然中的活动；或者
买个小宠物，专心致志地去呵护养育等等。另外，我们中国人有个专利活动项目，就是
看中国的电视剧，找些好看的令人开心的看，不断将自己沉浸在剧情里面。这些方法都
试试，久而久之能远离给自己带来忧郁症，或者忧郁的心情，所谓的百思不解，噩梦缠
绕终将烟消云散。
5. 诸多原因，我们性格比较内向，情绪容易低落的大有人在，不凡有事忍忍的华人。
所以还是要通过自己的努力去改变这种性格，增加与人多交流，打开开朗的一面。同时
我们的朋友有机会也多关心身边的朋友，大家来做点事情令人令己都愉快的。总而言之
，这位医生最后说，采用各种方式，只要努力过了这个忧郁期，或者心情好忧郁。人哪
怕此时不喜欢交往，不喜欢与人交流，不喜欢做任何事，你需要时，可能要“咬牙”去
试试这些方法，努力挺过来了，过了这一关，前面即山清水秀，美不胜收。
6.最后人们不妨成立各种各样的小组互相关照着点，大妈组也好，大叔大爷组也好，甚
至于来分成辖区的，UTC，CV，MM区小组1，小组2.....什么的，通知定期或不定期地在
什么公园小组成员碰碰头，暗号照旧，通报近况，然后讨论是否需要的互助。当然如有
喜欢参加聚餐的人不少。反正只要能把我们的人组织起来，有事只要能喊一下，譬方打
个电话：喂，我买鱼忘了买葱啦，我可以过来拔你家园里的吗？行！！！”.....就这
样的小事，人确实需要帮助的就得到了:)
我个人觉得这些均是不需要买的人寿保险项目。不过，综上所述为初浅想法，祈望斧正。
