Try "Virginia ham" at 99ranch. There use to sell the whole. Now they have
packed slices on the shelf in the meat dept.. It's pretty close to "金华火腿
" with extra taste of black pepper. Cheaper than most Prosciutto. You may
cut it into smaller pieces and vacuum seal them to preserve the taste.
