SABPA 2013 annual picnic will be held on August 11 (Sunday). It’s should be
a good opportunity to promote your business in Chinese community. In the
last picnic (year 2012), we had more than 600 people attended and got
support from 12 sponsors.
SABPA (Sino-American Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Professional
Association) is an 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and has more than 3,000
members in San Diego. For more information about the SABPA, please go tohttp://www.sabpa.org.
We will encourage attendees to visit your table by drawing raffle prizes (
totally ~$500 values). You will only stamp the vendor visiting forms for the
people who visit your table and attendees can win raffle prize only after
they have visited 90% of the sponsors. Therefore, you’ll get abundant
opportunities to talk with the attendees.
There are many good reasons to be a sponsor for SABPA picnic. Here is a few.
• Promote your business to over 600 biopharmaceutical professionals
and their family members at the picnic.
• With donation of $500,
Your name/logo will be printed as a gold sponsor in the picnic brochure,
You can set up a table (provided by SABPA) at the picnic and talk face to
face with potential customers,
You will draw the 2nd prizes (3 $50 gift cards) for the raffle and you will
have a very good exposure to the attendees for promote business image
• With a donation of $250,
You can set up a table (provided by SABPA) at the picnic and talk face to
face with potential customers
You will draw the 3rd prizes ($20 value) for the raffle.
• With donation of $100,
You can drop your promotional materials and SABPA will send them out at the
picnic
• SABPA is a non-profit organization. Your donation will be tax-
deductible.
• SABPA will acknowledge all sponsors in the picnic brochures and
announcements on SABPA picnic website.
• SABPA will acknowledge all sponsors in its Newsletter (to over
3000 people on the SABPA mailing list) following the picnic.
• Sponsor and his/her family members are welcome to enjoy the
picnic for free. |

第二句有个typo "It’s should".
个人很好奇一件事，为什么我们很多华人的协会总是用英文发通知？尤其有些协会或组
织完全是对内的通知仍然整好几段的英文。没有别的意思，我只是想了解一下这样做的
出发点是？

昨天碰见cast-sd主席，当面跟他提过了，昨晚已经发了。
