这个速度一年半载都交不了ＰＥＲＭ了，看看这个是特例还是公司的一贯作风。同时请
大家出出主意这种情况怎么办，谢谢！ |

的事情却被律师无故拖延才被气死。

发帖数: 224 | 11 There should be one person from QCOM who is POC in immigration matter for
your organization. You should get the name in immigration orientation.
Usually you can try to cc that person when asking your lawyer about the
status and/or pushing for the progress in your case. By doing so, I guess at
least you can make your case progress at average speed of processing or
above w/ your immigration POC's help.
I didn't have to do so for PERM, but it worked well for my EB1/ other EB2
steps and the POC for my organization was quite helpful.
