目前的法律不允许政府干涉房东买房、卖房的行为。如果这个SB1439通过，
那么San Francisco County的房东们必须要持有投资房五年以上才能转手。
如果法案通过，民主党又可以成立一个政府部门用于干涉市场了，这些新雇
员的工资从哪里来呢？
The legislation, SB 1439 by Mark Leno, D-San Francisco is scheduled
for committee hearings next week and if successful will move to the
Senate Floor thereafter.
State law protects owners who would like to sell their rental housing
or who need to convert it to owner-occupied housing. SB 1439 would
interfere with your ability to do this. This bill would require owners
to hold their property for five years before they can sell or convert their
homes, even if they are operating at a loss or unable to rent their units.

Unfortunately, Sacramento’s Top Three Real Estate Democrats who oppose
SB1439 are either Indicted or Convicted. http://www.beyondchron.org/news/index.php?itemid=12490
Rod Wright was convicted of felony perjury, Rod Calderon has been indicted,
and Leland Yee was led off in handcuffs last week.
With booming real estate price that many landlords are no eager to sell,
this law is likely to pass.

或者房租不能超过租户可支配收入的10%。否则租户没钱vacation多不公平。

而且还源源不断得提出各种脑残议案。
美国正往社会主义乃至共产主义的道路大步迈进啊。
不如明天早上直接宣布共产，大家去盖茨和巴菲特家里party和分财产。
就本版，前版主的房产，前前版主小步日头的股票也赚了不少，大家一起去分吧。

人家IT公司交了多少税，资助了多少公共服务他们不领情，他们叫骂的是IT从业人员把
房价提高了，他们住不起了。
在我看来，你对本地的支柱产业没有丝毫贡献，对本地的税收也几乎没有贡献，让你享
受良好的社区环境已经是你占了大便宜了
但是在这些工会成员看来，他们住在mountain view的权利是天经地义的。餐馆多了生活
方便了他们白占，生活成本高了他们决不能吃亏。
这样的self entitlement，只有民主党能满足他们了。
