His title changes to the president(from his linkedin profile) now.
He pays rent on time or before schedule.
I checked the company web site.
The company customs are industries
Power Generation
Petrochemical/Refining
Aerospace
Chemical
...
His 2013(or 2012 ?) w2 showed his income was about $400K.
