value is about $3.3m
这房贷 is about $600K
Total 房贷 is abou $1.2m.
We will sell some investment properties if we have chance.
We will dynamically adjust our mortgage and the number of houses we own
based on market conditions.
We will take a break for a couple months first, then we think about what to
do next.

is a bright spot of my finance life. We made about $1m -- more than enough
to pay for the house we bought in SD. That is the reason -- Although I think
the house price of SD is high, we still bought one -- since we made enough
easy money to pay for the house.

I will be very pride of myself if things going as I expect.
1.I work hard to build a basic financial foundation
2.I am able to make some easy money.
3. 靠 being a nice person + 缘分 to get a nice financial reward.
We will create a trust for our kids. I will put above statements as the
