刚在Stanford newletter上看到一篇文章，Yichao Wang remembered
里面有一段说，At 9:30 p.m. that day, he failed to yield to a Honda Civic at
the intersection of Palm Drive and Museum Way, according to California
Highway Patrol officers. Colliding with the car, he was thrown from his bike
onto the road, landing 128 feet away.
难道警察已经有报告出来了，还是有目击者啊？如果这样，诉司机还有用吗？
