Buyer 3% of the closing cost (即$13,800).我想买了房子后手上可以有多点现金装
修一下,所以贷款就按房子的原价扣除20%DOWN来贷的.当时没有跟LOAN AGENT提有这个
条款,但是跟TITLE COMPANY联系过,TITLE COMPANY告诉我可以在close the escrow 时
付20%DOWN的余款里(open escrow 的时候已付$13,800)扣除这3%的credit.可是上周五
准备付余款的时候,TITLE COMPANY就跟我说,那3%的CREDIT比acutal closing cost (4
千多)要大,所以$13,800不能直接在close escrow的时候扣.我马上跟LOAN AGENT联系,
她告诉我有两种处理方法:
1.买卖双方写一个ADDENDUM,把房子价格降到44万,然后从新开始申请贷款.就是从头开
始.
2.卖方在我close the escrow之后再付我$13,800.
