标 题: 用dependent care benefits的话，需要nanny填什么表格吗？

我们刚请的保姆有SSN，可以保税。我们想知道如果用公司提供的dependent care
benefits的话，需要什么手续。
另外，报税的话，nanny算不算house hold employee？Ｆorm ２４４１上提到：If
the care was provided in your home, you may owe employment taxes。 | g**s

pay 7.5%. If you file 1099, your nanny has to pay 15% plus income
taxes. You can still save a little if you have high tax bracket, but

employment tax, and if she stays with you longer than 1 year, you get $1000
extra credit. You have to double check the qualification, though. :)
