California, have detected a small amount of radioactive material from the
earthquake-struck nuclear power plant in Japan, an official with the
Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization said. The exact amounts were not
available, but were far less than what would be considered harmful to human
health, the official said. |

这个新闻对关心人身健康的人来说，最重要的是两条，
1.已经确认到达加州北部
2.“ The exact amounts were not available”
这第二条是个谜，其实更为关键。你觉得是真的不知道exact amounts吗？如果不知道
，怎么量化或者怎么说服对健康安全没有影响？
