Appraisal fee: $495
Credit report: $14
Tax Service: $65
Flood Certification: $19
Total = $1683 NOTE： 15 yrs rate, I pay $683， FOR 30 yrs rate, I don’t
pay lender fees and still have $1317 extra which can be use for any of
title fees.
Title fees: below are ESTIMATED only, below are some of normal
transaction fees they charge
Owner’s Policy: $1200
Lender’s Policy: $1200
Escrow: $600
Notary: $125
Courier: $60
Recording: $125
Misc:
Hazard insurance: $800

Lender fees外的一般都要自己出。
hazard insurance 是自己找保险公司买的保险 $800一般只是个估价。 |
