long as you didn't get traffic school in last 18 months.
Just ask for it if it's the case. If they have the video for it
though, you don't have much odds to win it.

前会说从现在开始（上了庭后）不能要求去驾校。

不认罪的除非警察no show, 不然没得翻案。

why don't you do a trial by written declaration first? and then you can do a trial if that doesn't work.
also, if you need to go to trial, you should ask for it to be moved to the county seat, which is san jose. it's likely the police won't want to go all the way to san jose. |

警察no show几率非常大.我去了几次的court基本上每次来40个人,对面才坐10个左右的
警察.dismiss的案子很多很多.
而且就算警察来了判你输,也一样可以去traffic school. |
