以下利率是针对refinance.no point, no closing cost.
要求条件:Single Family House, LTV = 75%, FICO = 740,30-day lock，loan amount
(Conforming=400K, HB=600K)
Conforming Loan (Amount <= $417,000)
5ARM - 2.625%
7ARM - 3% (with impound)
15 Yr. Fixed - 3.5% (with impound)
30 Yr. Fixed - 4.375%
High Balance (Amount <= $625,500)
5ARM - 2.75% (with impound)
15 Yr. Fixed - 3.625% (with impound)
30 Yr. Fixed - 4.375% (with impound)
rate will be better if LTV<60% | d*******r

2500，那多出来的500就是你的
