并不亚于印度人，也不输于华人普通移民（比如那些开餐馆的福建人）。日韩也不差。

south-east asians ( not including 菲绿宾人) ,
if Asian API is lower, only explanation is more 越南人 among Asian student
population.

能够避免这种种族比例造成的overall API间的差异.
