what you paid to them, no matter what product they advertise, and how
favorable it sounds like to you, right? Otherwise, they don't make money and
the insurance company would not be there to serve you. You indeed want to
buy insurance from company to stay around in case you need to claim the
money from them when unfortunate thing happens, right?
This is basic rule of how insurance company works. Adjust your expectation
from insurance company to how they really work bah.
